Terms of Service

Welcome to X3 Workforce. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the X3 Workforce website at x3workforce.com and related software, tools, and services (the "Service"), operated by X3 Fleet Safety LLC ("X3", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and isn't

The Service provides AI-assisted compliance decision support grounded in published federal and state regulations. It helps you understand, organize, and prepare for DOT/FMCSA and related requirements. It is not legal advice, not an official regulatory determination, and not a substitute for your own judgment or a qualified professional. We are not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency. Official audits, ratings, and determinations are made solely by the relevant agency.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the carrier or business you represent. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Don't upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't resell or expose the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted (for example, a licensed API plan).

4. Payment, subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the paid period. Fees are stated at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated on a product, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, prompts, and content (excluding your content and public regulations), is owned by X3 Fleet Safety LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any result — including a favorable audit rating, DataQ removal, or preventability determination — will be achieved. Regulations change; you are responsible for verifying against the current controlling text.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X3 Fleet Safety LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, fines, penalties, or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold X3 Fleet Safety LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

11. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which X3 Fleet Safety LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
